We design fully customised learning programmes that suit our clients’ unique needs. We have extensive experience designing learning programs in all delivery formats, including instructor led, online and blended learning. Using our tried and tested instructional design techniques, we create practical and performance-based training experiences that result in positive learning transfer. We partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the process to ensure programmes are effective, current and relevant. Our service includes the design of new curriculum, customization and updating of existing material.
The amended BBBEE codes, which came into effect on 1 May 2015, places stern emphasis on skills development. Companies are required to spend 6% of payroll on skills development and only 15% of company training spend can consist of internal training that is not accredited. This requires most of the training to be unit standard aligned.
Through our vast experience in this field, we are able to assist our clients obtain training provider accreditation status with the SETAs, UMALUSI, CHE and DHET. We support our clients with all aspects of this process including development of policies, procedures and Quality Management Systems required for accreditation. We also provide our clients with support during the transition into the implementation phase to ensure that they are ready to deliver effective training in accordance with SETA requirements.
We specialise in compilation and submission of Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs) to the relevant SETAs whilst providing monthly support to our clients to ensure that training is executed in accordance with SETA requirements. In addition, we have the capability to manage the discretionary and mandatory grant applications to all SETAs.
